Real Estate IRA & 401k

The Ultimate IRA®
and
The Broad Financial Solo 401K®

Broad Financial makes it safe and simple for you to purchase real estate with your IRA and 401K funds

Here’s how it works:

The Ultimate IRA® and the Broad Financial Solo 401K® both come with a checking account, which will be set up at your bank. This checking account will serve as the self-directed investing platform for you to purchase and manage investment properties using your IRA and 401K funds. It’s safe and it’s simple:

Safe

The checking account for your Ultimate IRA® or Broad Financial Solo 401K® will be set up by you, at
your bank, so it will always be under your control.

Simple

Once you set up the checking account for your Ultimate IRA® or Broad Financial Solo 401K®,
it’s easy to begin purchasing properties, all you have to do is write a check.

Deposits and Expenses

Additionally, all deposits (rent checks, proceeds from sales, etc.) are made directly into the checking account, and all expenses (mortgage payments, real estate taxes, capital improvements, utility bills, repairs, etc.) are paid from the same checking account. Thus the property is owned by your IRA or 401K, it is managed by you (on behalf of your IRA or 401K), and all transactions go through your Ultimate IRA® or Broad Financial Solo 401K®’s checking account.

Types of Investments You Can Make

An additional benefit of the checkbook feature is the ability for you to purchase foreclosures, tax liens, and other on-the-spot  investments when they are presented. Keep in mind that the Ultimate IRA® and the Broad Financial Solo 401K® allow you to invest in all types of alternative investments (e.g. small businesses, private loans, gold & silver, private placements, intellectual property, etc.) as well as all traditional investments (e.g. stocks, bonds, and mutual funds).
