We are accepting nominations via email or Facebook between now and 9:00am Tuesday 9/6/11. Please include the realtor’s name, brokerage, and a description of why they should be given the award.

Criteria to be considered:
-The number of investors who nominate a particular realtor
-What the realtor does that separates them from other realtors
-What the realtor does that makes their investor clients more successful
-Track record of participation in profitable deals (this includes finding good buying opportunities, accurately evaluating value potential, and effectively selling houses quickly for a good price)
