		<description>The meeting was informative.  Mr. Swain&#039;s discussion on vacancy insurance policy was timely since properties may &quot;go&quot; vacant longer than expected in this economy.  In addition, the speakers from The Homeless Families Foundation did a great job in presenting information and attempting to inform investors about families who are in need of permanent housing. The other speakers provided great information. Overall, the meeting was between an A- and B+.  Keep up the great job CPIA!</description>
